Chaperone Meeting August 22, 6:00pm Meet in the band Hallway. |

Chaperones are needed for home and away football games, band competitions and parades. If you are able to give your time for any of these events, you will not regret it. You will truly enjoy the interaction with the band members as they carry on the winning tradition of the Carlisle High School Marching Band.
Chaperone duties include: · Carrying music to the stands at football games · Placing seat covers on the stadium seats for band members · Passing out plumes before performances · Sit in band section while students are on break (3rd quarter) · Checking uniforms at the school following events · Roll call on the busses · Assist pit crew with loading & unloading · Assist students w/ last minute uniform malfunctions
Due to school policy, no young children are allowed to travel on the band bus with chaperones. Please click the link below to view available slots and sign up. Please note before signing up: ALL chaperones MUST have background clearances completed and submitted to the school. If the school does not have all necessary clearances, then you will be unable to chaperone. Once all necessary information has been turned in Karen will provide you with a password to access the chaperone sign up. Please contact Karen Tomassone with any questions. |
